MSA's curriculum is specifically designed to prepare students to attend college and to compete with graduates of the finest schools in the nation. Preschool children receive a rigorous, literacy?based program that prepares them to enter kindergarten ready to become successful readers and writers. In elementary grades, MSA strives for excellence by offering a comprehensive and challenging program including: Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and the Arts.

School Calendar

MSA's extended year calendar maintains a balanced approach towards academics and outside student-life. By eliminating the "summer setback" that occurs with extended time away from academics, more class time can be devoted to learning new material rather than reviewing content from the previous year.

School Day

MSA believes that maximizing the hours spent at school is of great benefit to children from our demographic. Therefore, we provide an extended school day that begins at 8:00 am and ends at 3:30 pm, with an optional 3:30pm to 6:00pm program.

To meet the needs of our students MSA provides a healthy breakfast, lunch and snack every day, and subsidizes the cost of uniforms. Students also receive medical and dental check-ups at the school through community partnerships.

Student : Faculty Ratio

9:1 overall (varies by grade level).

Path To Success

At Meeting Street Academy we are committed to providing all children with the educational opportunity that we believe is a fundamental right. Our mission insists that our schools support academic achievement. Students' academic achievement depends on our ability to teach a strong academic curriculum and develop the personal skills of our students. At MSA we focus on the development of grit, gratitude, optimism, empathy, citizenship, integrity, self-control, and curiosity because strength in each of these areas is a high indicator for success in school, work and relationships. At MSA our academic and social skills curriculum is putting children on the path to success.
